Measuring the Difficult to Measure: Teaching and Learning with an iPad

چکیده

This article describes the design of three distinctive data collection instruments that an education institution can implement to measure teaching and teachers’ perceptions as a largescale transformative mobile learning program is launched on a campus. Our primary goal is to review how one college within a system of 20 campuses engaged faculty in the early stages of a national mobile learning program. To document teaching and teachers’ perceptions, we developed a three-component system of data collection:
